Finding Freedom Wānanga (Course) Outline
This wānanga (course) is held over a four week period. Each week you can expect a small amount of pre-work, a Zoom session (approximately two hours), and activities to do throughout the week to help cement your learnings. During this wānanga we utilise the power of visualisation so we have named each session after an aspect of what is included in those visualisations.
week one
This week we get straight into releasing self-limiting beliefs and demonstrate how to step into a state of freedom. This is a space where you get to experience freedom from self-limiting beliefs, and thereafter (with practice) use it as a wonderful tool that instantly allows you to look at something with the mindset of being free of self-limiting beliefs.

THE BELIEF cycle AS WE KNOW IT
In this video we reveal the mysteries of the ‘Belief Cycle’ and how it impacts our every thought, emotion and action.
DIGGING DEEPER INTO SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS
In this video we discuss everything from where we get self-limiting beliefs, how they impact us, how you can release them through to what you can expect when you do.
FEELINGS: HEAL OR HINDER?
Here we discuss how this is your choice. You have the ability to heal or hinder which all starts with changing your perception. Finding your freedom starts with this!
THE POWER OF VISUALISATION
In this video we talk about how we use the power of visualisation to strengthen the connection between our thoughts and emotions.
BEING INTENTIONAL ABOUT INTENT
Intention is focussing on what it is we want to experience in the future, so using positive intentions can help you to improve your life. In this video we explain the ins and outs of using intention.
gifting PEARLS
Throughout the wānanga (course) we combine our visualisation techniques of ‘gifting pearls’ to aid the ‘change of mindset’ through positive feelings. In this video we explain what this entails and how they benefit you.
THOUGHTS AND INSIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS
Here we help you to understand self-limiting beliefs and how they impact people by identifying thoughts and insights associated with those beliefs.

RELEASE YOUR SHACKLES
This visualisation is your opportunity to visit and release each belief. This experience has been described by many as a feeling of “releasing shackles for the first time”. Your path to freedom begins right here, right now!
During this session you will be gifted the pearl of freedom.
CEMENTING YOUR LEARNING
You’ve now completed the first face to face portion of your Finding Freedom wānanga however, before you return for ‘Week 2’ there is some work to be done.
Making the unconscious conscious is a vital step in releasing self-limiting beliefs. The activities you will do during this coming week are designed to support the work you’ve already done and help you to further identify self-limiting beliefs (memories and habits) as they arise in real time.
week two
Last week we showed you how to step into your state of freedom to experience being ‘free of self-limiting beliefs’. This week, using the power of intent and visualisations, we’ll guide you to step into your state of gratitude where you’ll experience a change in perspective to help you ‘change your story’. We will also show you how to step into your state of belief where you’ll experience a sense of belief and confidence as if you ‘are the healer’.

CHANGE YOUR STORY, CHANGE YOUR LIFE
During this session we invite you to look at past events through the eyes of gratitude, shifting your focus from the negative to the positive. When you do this, lessons will become clear, lessons which turn to knowledge, knowledge you can use today and on your path going forward.
During this session you will be gifted the pearl of gratitude.
DISCOVER YOUR INNER HEALER
We believe everyone is a healer. This is where you learn how to release self-limiting beliefs from yourself and others.
BECOME THE HEALER
This is your chance to practise how to release the memories and habits of previously released self-limiting beliefs from yourself.
During the session you will be gifted the pearl of freedom with love and purity.
CEMENTING YOUR LEARNING
You’ve now completed the second face to face portion of your Finding Freedom wānanga (course) however, before you return for ‘Week 3’ there is some work to be done.
The activities you will do are designed to help reinforce the learning you gained during the second face to face session. Throughout this coming week you will also begin to look at self-limiting beliefs in others.

Last week we showed you how to step into your state of gratitude to ‘change your story’. We also stepped into your state of belief where you ‘are the healer’ to accelerate releasing your own self-limiting beliefs. This week we’ll build on that further, covering activities to help you release self-limiting beliefs from others.

Here we collectively share our experiences to further understand the type of behaviours associated with each belief.
I AM THE HEALER
This is your chance to further practise how to release self-limiting beliefs. This time we’ll be releasing them from your whānau (family) and any other significant people in your life.

You’ve now completed the third face to face portion of your Finding Freedom wānanga (course) however, before you return for ‘Week 4’ there is some work to be done.
Many of the activities you do you will be familiar with as you have been doing them for the past week and in some cases two weeks. During this week you will address self-limiting beliefs in others.
week four
In the previous weeks we showed you tools to use to release self-limiting beliefs to help you to connect with your true authentic self.
This week is about aligning your thinking and actions with your true authentic self using your new found freedom, therefore becoming the best version of yourself. Today you will receive your final pearl: the pearl of creation!
