Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Next Level Healers as your wellness provider. While your wellness is our priority, we ask that you respect our time and our other clients who may miss opportunities to schedule their healing.

Cancelling and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at:

Late Cancellations

Cancellations are considered ‘late’ when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will result in the customer being charged a ‘late’ rescheduling or cancellation fee of $50.00.

Missed Appointments

If a customer misses their scheduled appointment without cancelling or rescheduling, they will be charged 50% of the price of the scheduled service.
